Normal practice is to select one leadership topic to look at more closely. This is followed by a round of questions and discussion with the aim of sharing leadership problems and best practice in dealing with them. Important therein are sharing experience, supporting one another and developing your company as a result.
The Leadership Forum is best suited to leaders at the same level, but it can also be conducted with everyone from the company involved or with a combination of the leadership group and key individuals. Often an organisation boasts both very experienced managers and young leaders with even more leadership potential.
